With WoodWing Swivle, Tom saves time and impresses his clients. He simply uploads files into Swivle’s branded portal and sends clients a share link. Clients can use the link to preview videos in WoodWing Swivle or download a high-resolution version for final use.
Unlike WeTransfer’s week-long window for access, this DAM solution lets Tom set much longer expiration dates. This gives busy clients more time to access files. This means clients are less stressed and Tom has fewer requests for renewed access.
Even if a client does miss the expiration date, it’s no longer a time-consuming process to render and re-upload files. All of the files are stored in WoodWing Swivle already, so he simply resends the link. This is especially helpful when a client asks for files urgently and Tom is out-and-about on another shoot.
